Hafiz Naeem has filed a petition in Sindh High Court challenging the billing of KMC charges by K-Electric through electricity bills. <\/p>\n
Hafiz Naeem has taken plea in the petition that K-Electric has imposed undue charges in the bills. This illegal tax has been slapped in connivance with K-Electric. <\/p>\n
The petitioner took the plea the charging of Rs 150 monthly on account of KMC chargers by K-Electric through electricity bills is illegal. Conservancy charges are already included in the bill of water board. Fire and conservancy charges are being recovered under various heads.
\nHe prayed the court to declare illegal KMC charges which are included in K-Electric bill. The notification regarding KMC charges be declared null and void.
\nKMC, K-Electric, Sindh government and federal government have been made respondents in the petition. <\/p>\n
Hafiz Naeem said after challenging the charging of KMC charges in K-Electric bills that charges are being recovered from us in the name of fuel adjustment. We are going to people against loot and plunder spree of K-Electric. PPP is their facilitator. We expect the judges will decide as per law on humanitarian basis and rights of people. <\/p>\n

He held all the roads of the city are broken. The condition of firefighting and garbage heaps are before us. Tax has been imposed in electricity bills to cover up their incompetence.
