We want to make the federation respondent. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked what is the need for making federation respondent. You will have to satisfy the court on maintainability of this petition. Imran Khan is not a public office holder now. See this point as well. <\/p>\n<p>Barrister Usman, counsel for the petitioner told the court Imran Khan resignation has not been accepted so far. <\/p>\n<p>Justce Amr Farooq remarked tell us as to why this case should not be sent to \tEC. Imran Khan had submitted his affidavit with EC. Faisal Vawda case was  of this nature too which was sent to EC from IHC. The matter was related to giving affidavit in the light of Supreme Court orders.
