\nThe Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Health Department has asked people across the province to be vigilant against dengue outbreak during the monsoon season.
\nIn communiqu\u00e9 issued by the KP Health Department on Thursday, as many as 26 dengue cases have been surfaced across the province during last one month and nine affectees belonged to the provincial capital Peshawar.
\nDengue virus spreads rapidly during the rainy season and masses are cautioned for taking measures to keep them safe of dengue, the communiqu\u00e9 said.
\nThe Health Department further stated that entomologists were also engaged in efforts to minimize the epidemic of dengue, apart cooperation of masses is vital to check the decease.
\nIt said that the masses should not let the sewerage water to accumulate in their neighbourhood, as stagnant water serves as breeding ground for dengue larva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
