The NEPRA had given the decision yesterday (Friday, October 14, 2022) for the fourth quarterly adjustment of the year 2021-22.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, in a statement Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Saturday said electricity price had been reduced by Rs 4.25 in October on the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.<br \/>\n\u201cThe prices have been reduced in terms of fuel charges adjustment,\u201d she said in a news statement. The minister said it was a \u201cbig relief\u201d for the public from PM Shehbaz Sharif.<br \/>\nShe said it had been decided to continue the same quarterly adjustment which was charged in the electricity bills for September.
