The local court of Lahore rejected the exemption plea of Capt (Retd) Muhammad Safdar and ordered to issue  his bailable arrest warrants.  The hearing of the case against Capt (Retd) Muhammad Safdar was adjourned till October 25.  The court had issued bailable arrest warrants of Capt (Retd) Safdar previous month. It is pertinent to mention here that Islampura police have registered a case against Capt (Retd) Safdar under the charges of delivering provocative speeches.
