There are reservations regarding registration of case on the application which has been given in this regard.<br \/>\nThe counsel for PTI told the court the case of murderous attack on Imran Khan has not been registered so far.<br \/>\nThe CJP Umar Ata Bandial remarked \u201c IG Punjab should tell the FIR of the case will be registered within what period of time . If the registration of case is being delayed it means the evidence are become destroyed. If case is not registered within 24 hours then suo motu action will be taken.<br \/>\nThe CJP remarked \u201c IG Sahb, you will be responsible in suo motu notice. Investigate the matter and collect the evidence. Forensic test of the matter be got done. Attempt was made to murder national leader.
