Its explanation has not been given. If tomorrow bribery is allowed then can no one stop it. It is  not even  a crime if the third party is afforded benefit under the amendments made in NAB laws recently.  <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked the basic rights can be affected if parliament does not legislate. It seems from the arguments of the counsel for the petitioner there is no law in place for curbing the  corruption in Pakistan. It seems from the arguments as if Pakistan has turned into jungle. <\/p>\n<p>Khawaja Haris counsel for PTI argued Pakistan has signed UN resolution on curbing corruption. By making recent amendments in NAB law, UN resolution was affected. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mansoor Ali Shah inquired on the occasion  can the parliament be prevented from legislation  by making international resolution as basis. <\/p>\n<p>While making mention of Pakistan Cricket Team, PTI counsel on one occasion said Pakistan cricket team has reached semi final under a  miracle. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP remarked at what time the match will be played tomorrow. If you say we can get install screen outside SC for watching the match. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan remarked reaching the semi final by Pakistan cricket team is really a national miracle. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mansoor Ali Shah while addressing counsel for PTI remarked  \u201c give the arguments if  you don\u2019t feel it ill and we will watch the match later. <\/p>\n<p>The hearing of the case was adjourned till Wednesday November 09.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial has remarked corruption is harmful for democracy, society and rule of law.
