Federal cabinet creating financial instability in KP, Mahmood alleged

\nChief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has stated that the imported federal cabinet is involved in creating financial instability in the province by withholding the budgeted share to pave way for Governor\u2019s Rule, adding that a democratically elected government was toppled under the regime change conspiracy and internationally recognized thieves and corrupt politicians were placed into power.
\nHe said that the lives of people were made miserable as inflation increased manifold after the imposition of \u2018imported\u2019 government in the centre. Mahmood Khan said that high prices of daily use items decreased the purchasing power of people across the country.
\nAddressing a public meeting in Upper Dir, he said the federal government was withholding due shares of the province to create financial crunches in the province and pave way for governor rule in the province, adding that federal government yet to issue and increase share in the National Finance Commission (NFC) Award and required funds for the merged districts development.
\nMr Khan added that despite all conspiracies Imran Khan emerged as a strong leader and popular leader of the country. He alleged that Imran Khan was removed as prime minister through an alleged conspiracy backed by the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leadership.
\n\u201cCrooks were imposed on the country to gain some vested interests,\u201d he alleged.
\nHe maintained that the PTI chairman and former prime minister wanted to have good relations with the United States (US) but did not want to be enslaved by anyone.
\nCM-KP added that a plot was devised to assassinate Imran Khan but heaven blessed him with new life, adding that he was struggling for the rights of people and sovereignty of the country.
\nMahmood Khan said that PTI Haqeeqi Azadi March was staged for the bright future of the country and its people. He asked people to come forward and support the stance and narrative of Imran Khan. \u201c Imran Khan is struggling for the bright future of next generation,\u201d he added and said that a large number of people, PTI workers and supporters would participate in the long march and would oust the incumbent government.
\nHe stated that people from all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would participate with full strength and zeal in the true independence march to root out corrupt politicians from the political landscape of Pakistan.
\nWhile addressing the public gathering at District Upper Dir Chowk, Mahmood Khan made it clear that the developmental policies and reforms of the provincial government, during the last four years, have started yielding positive results and the province has been set on track for development. He criticized the past governments by other political parties for not having spent public money on the welfare of the people and instead filled their coffers.
\nReferring to the groundbreaking of two female degree colleges during his visit, Mahmood Khan stated that provision of equal educational opportunities for the female segment of the society is one of the main manifesto of the PTI -led provincial government.
\nSimilarly, arrangements for construction of Dir motorway have also been completed and the groundbreaking of the project will be held soon.
\nMahmood Khan clarified that the incumbent provincial government believed to work out an uniform development of the province, including the newly merged tribal districts, as it is the only way to ensure sustainable development.
\nAccording to details, the Chief Minister inaugurated Rescue 1122 building in Ankar, that has been completed at an estimated cost of Rs 53.56 Million. Similarly, the Chief Minister held groundbreaking for the Cadet College which will be established over an area of 514 Kanals of land and will house 600 students.
\nThe project will be completed at an estimated cost of Rs 3.6 Billion. Groundbreaking for the 44 km Patrak to Thal Kumrat road was also held in addition to construction, rehabilitation and widening of over 30 km of link roads at various spots in District Upper Dir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
