The meeting agreed to<br \/>\nThe forum was informed that more than 204,000 students appeared in the test for public and private medical colleges admission test MDCAT in national and foreign venues.<br \/>\nAfter receiving complaints by the candidates, it was learnt that in MDCAT Exams there were few out of syllabus questions in some provinces. President PMC took notice of the same.<br \/>\nDr Noshad Ahmad Shaikh directed Vice Chancellors of all public universities to re-check their question papers and if any discrepancy found in paper should be addressed at the earliest and it must be compensated<br \/>\nIn the meeting it was also learned that eight percent of the students were absent therefore it was decided that their fee for the MDCAT shall not be refunded.<br \/>\nThe President PMC appreciated the entire staff, especially staff of Examination and IT division for putting unprecedented efforts for conducting a smooth &#038; transparent exam.<br \/>\nIt is pertinent to mention that for the first time in the history of Pakistan the MDCAT exam was held in one day on both national and international venues.<br \/>\nThe result of MDCAT exam will be uploaded on PMC website after a week so students can apply further.
