The president of the KUCEA Kashif Naseer in a statement welcomed the KP government committee and said that the regularization of the contract based employees would not impact the overall budget allocations, adding that hopefully the committee will soon start its work. \u201cAll contract based employees of the public sector universities of KP have been appointed according to rules and regulations,\u201d he added. The basic criteria for induction including advertisement in the newspapers and recommendations of the selection committee were applied before the appointment, adding most of the employees are working on budgeted posts so regularization was their due rights, Kashif maintained.
