Judge Muhammad Bashir of AC announced the decision.<br \/>\nThe AC had reserved judgment one day before following the completion of arguments.<br \/>\nThe court has written in the decision following the implementation of amendment act the court has no authority to give decision on the acquittal pleas even. Neither we can give decision in favor of NAB nor the accused.
