\nChief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr Shahzad Bangash called on Governor KP Haji Ghulam Ali at Governor House on Wednesday and discussed the overall administrative affairs of the province.
\nIn the meeting, the performance of government institutions in providing public services and the situation of good governance were discussed in detail.
\nPeshawar Mayor Haji Zubair Ali was also present on this occasion.
\nDiscussion about increasing the efficiency of the local government system across the province in accordance with the expectations of the people came also under discussion.
\nGovernor KP Haji Gulam Ali emphasized the need to create a comprehensive strategy to maintain communication, adding that to strengthen the local government system, it is necessary to provide all the facilities and resources required by the local government representatives up to the village, tehsil and union council levels.
\nHe said that the overall performance of Water and Sanitation Services (WSSP) in Peshawar city is not satisfactory, and to improve it, it can be considered to return these services to TMA.
