PESHAWAR
\nMOL Pakistan\u2019s Annual Trainee Programme 2023 has attracted applications from more than 16000 young graduates of district Hangu.
\nThe company has exclusively designed for the young graduates from the districts with its ambitious aim to promote local talents of its most remote areas of Pakistan, said a press release issued here on Monday.
\nSuch initiatives are part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the company that are aimed at on-the-job training programmes to help build the skills of qualifying local residents, enabling them to become more employable when entering the job-market.
\nThrough this annual programme, fresh graduates, with minimum experience, holding degrees and diplomas in a range of disciplines including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), Management, and Social Sciences have been encouraged to apply.
