In November, the Lahore High Court (LHC) restricted the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from harassing PTI chief Imran Khan in an alleged prohibited funding case opened against him.  The court ordered the FIA and other parties to submit their responses at the next hearing on Dec 7.  The FIA submitted a four-page reply saying the PTI\u2019s bank accounts were opened with the signature of the party\u2019s top leadership, Imran Khan. \u201cImran Khan\u2019s signature, and PTI\u2019s letterhead were used in the account opening,\u201d it said adding that a call-up notice was issued to Imran Khan on this basis.  It further contended that the account was being operated at the Gulab Devi branch in Lahore by PTI Punjab.  Therefore, FIA issued a legal notice for inquiry to PTI leadership but they refused to accept the notice, FIA replied.  It told the LHC that an inquiry under the Banking Act, 1974, is being conducted by the Commercial Bank Circle, FIA.
