The federal and provincial government has reached the agreement after obtaining experts opinion. Balochistan Assembly was taken into confidence on the deal. The elected representatives of people did not raise any objection, The company assured that the laborers rights will be fully protected. Investment will be made on social projects from Reko Diq project.<br \/>\nThe decision said Reko Diq project is not meant for an individual and it is for the entire Pakistan.<br \/>\nIt has been said in the decision Sindh and kp governments have enacted law for the development of mineral resources. The constitution of Pakistan does not permit to go for deal regarding illegal national assets. The provinces can bring change in the laws related to minerals.<br \/>\nThe court remarked there is no illegal thing in new Reko Diq deal. Briefing was given to Balochistan assembly about the deal.
