Pronouncing the ruling on Thursday, Additional Session Judge Zafar Iqbal summoned Imran Khan in person on January 9. The court had reserved its verdict on the maintainability of the case on Monday last after hearing arguments from the lawyer of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). The ECP had forwarded a complaint to the court for criminal trial of Imran Khan over Toshakhana issue.
