A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shahram Sarwar took up for hearing a miscellaneous petition filed by Farah Khan, her husband Ahsan Jamil and Ghousia builders Thursday.<br \/>\nFarah Gogi while challenging the NAB notices took the plea in her petition NAB is issuing notice on malafide intent. NAB has no authority to take action in regard to private business. Despite it notices are being issued repeatedly.<br \/>\nAccording to counsel for the petitioners NAB is using police for compliance of notices which is unjustified.<br \/>\nThe counsel requested the court implementation on NAB notices be suspended.<br \/>\nThe court rejected the plea for issuing immediate stay order on NAB notices remarking the name of the petitioners are not in Exit Control List and nor have they been blacklisted.<br \/>\nThe court while issuing notice to NAB on the petition sought reply besides adjourning the hearing of the case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice to NAB on Farah Khan Gogi plea and sought reply from it.
