Your problem stands resolved after  EC notice. <\/p>\n<p>Advocate Afaq Ahmad said \u201c my petition  has not become in-fructuous so far. My arguments be heard after Azhar Siddique petition. <\/p>\n<p>CJ LHC Amir Bhatti remarked \u201c Azhar Siddique Sahb now Imran Khan himself has become petitioner. The petition from  the voter of the constituency is apparently in-fructuous . <\/p>\n<p>Azhar Siddiqu said \u201c I accept Imran Khan petition is running in single bench. <\/p>\n<p>The court wrapped up  the petition seeking removal of Imran Khan from party chairmanship  declaring it in-fructuous.<\/p>\n<p>The  court also dismissed the petition filed by voter of constituency against the disqualification of Imran Khan in prohibited funding case being withdrawn by the voter  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed the petition seeking removal of Imran Khan from PTI chairmanship declaring it in-fructuous.
