Sources informed that the federal cabinet approved a summary sent by the law ministry through circulation. The federal government has sought cooperation from the Islamabad High Court and high courts of all four provinces. It has been decided to give special powers to the courts to start trials under the Benami Act. DNA<br \/>\nSources revealed that the federal government has made the Benami Act, 2017 functional for this very purpose. The government has consulted the Islamabad High Court chief justice in this regard.
