Responding to a question about constitutional status of provincial assemblies election after 90 days he said the constitution makers have declared the election which is held after 90 days a constitutional election. <\/p>\n
He went on to say that any constitutional job does not become unconstitutional for the reason that it did not take place within stipulated period. There should be credible reasons on non completion of constitutional work within stipulated period. There should be no such joke with the constitution.
