On the other hand, the PTI lawmakers Sajida Begum, Rai Murtaza Iqbal, Nusrat Wahid, Shanila Ruth, Asma Hamid, Ghazals Saifi and Jai Parkash \u2014 whose resignations have been suspended \u2014 arrived at the Parliament House on Thursday morning with an aim to \u201cbring in our own opposition leader\u201d.<\/p>\n
Talking to reporters outside NA secretariat, the Senate\u2019s Opposition Leader Shahzad Waseem said that the speaker was bound to respect the court\u2019s orders.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe high court has clearly said that the speaker\u2019s acceptance of resignations is illegal,\u201d he asserted, adding that PTI lawmakers will go to the Parliament today.<\/p>\n
\u201cGod willing, we will have our own opposition leader,\u201d Waseem added.<\/p>\n
