The magistrate remarked this application should be filed in the court of sessions judge. It does not fall in my jurisdiction.<br \/>\nThe court fixed March 02 for indictment of Sheikh Rashid.<br \/>\nDuring the course of hearing Sheikh Rashid prayed to court that he has to participate in conference therefore, date of March 15 be given.<br \/>\nThe court remarked there are orders of high court. Challan  has come. Longer date cannot be given.
