Full court be constituted and all the cases including Panama case be reviewed. Jail bharo drive has failed. Now PTI should launch movement of \u201cdoob maro\u201d Shah Mehmood Qureshi has been arrested a day before and now he is weeping today, he said this while speaking in National Assembly (NA) here Friday.
\nHe said a complaint remains that parliamentarians criticize by mentioning the name of judges.
\n\u201cI want to ask some judges are criticized and why some are not criticized. When judges step into our ambit we will raise question too. Saqib Nisar and Khosa are criticized then why Nasir ul Mulk is not criticized. Thos question is for judiciary that why it is so.
\nHe held this question has also been raised the two assemblies have been dissolved correctly or otherwise. Rewriting the constitution is not mandate of judiciary. The way article 63 has been rewritten, these are its implications.
\nHe said injustice was done with Nawaz Sharif by dissolving his government. Nawaz Sharif was disqualified for life time. The judges remarks are there that transgression was made in Nawaz Sharif case. Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that injustice was done in Nawaz Sharif case.
\nThe way PML-N government was abolished in Punjab is on record. Question has been raised in Supreme Court on the abolition of PML-N government, he added. A big question mark has been placed on court and judges.
