The petitioners through their petition have requested the court to suspend notification of speaker NA and Election Commission (EC). Federal government, speaker NA, Secretary NA and EC have been respondents in the petition. These three MNAs have filed petition through barrister Ali Zafar and barrister Gauhar Ali. The petitioners have taken plea in the petition that EC in its January 17, 2023 notification accepted the resignation of some MNAs of PTI. Our 123 members had tendered resignations and all were to be deseated. They requested the court to suspend the notification issued by speaker NA and EC.
