PESHAWAR
\nWater and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) Board of Directors (BoDs) on Tuesday approved the annual increment for the company\u2019s employees. A total of 1,831 company cadre employees will benefit from the annual increment, which amounts to 8 percent of and will cost the company an additional Rs45 million annually. It is worth mentioning that 2,400 TMA employees, who are deputed in WSSP, were already given the annual increment according to the government\u2019s budget announcement.
\nAfter the board\u2019s approval and necessary action by management, the company\u2019s employees will receive the increment in their February salaries.<\/p>\n
The Chief Executive Officer WSSP Dr. Hassan Nasir said that the company\u2019s employees are being provided with all entitlements as per the government policies and company\u2019s rules and regulations. He emphasized that the employees\u2019 rights are being safeguarded and despite financial difficulties, the board has approved the increment.
