\nAdditional Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra has acquitted Lt Gen (Retd) Amjid Shoaib from case with honor. At the inception of hearing of case against Amjid Shoaib, his counsel Mian Ishfaq appeared in the court Thursday. Mian Ishfaq argued that no public servant has filed application for registration of case against Amjid Shoaib. The case cannot be made on the words of Amjid Shoaib. This case is bogus. He did not talk against any community. We accept it what he has said in program. If we are invited again we will again say this thing therein.
\nThere are 6 lac military officers in Paksitan and the government employees run into millions. Has any one among the millions of government employees lodged complaint with you that they have been affected by this statement. How big tragedy it is that a camera has been installed in the jail room of a former army general. <\/p>\n

The counsel for Amjid Shoaib requested the court to discharge his client. Amjid Shoaib is patriotic and respected citizen of this country. <\/p>\n
