\nAmun Taraqqi Party (ATP) chairman Muhammad Faiq Shah expressed displeasure over persistent standoff on elections, saying that using delaying tactics in this crucial matter is tantamount to \u2018toyed\u2019 with the constitution and further intensifying political turmoil.
\nHe urged the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to hold elections in a way nobody could point the fingers on the polls.
\nShah while speaking at the party\u2019s corner meeting here on Wednesday schooled the government resorting delaying tactics in the hold of elections.
\nHe said the deadlock would further intensify the political chaos and unrest.
\nHe said there seems to be no way out of the current stand-off.
\nWith no political solution in sight, the situation is fast becoming untenable, he added.
\nTime is rapidly running out but no one pays attention, Faiq observed.
\nHe noted the politicians do all for their political survival and salvage the power.
\nFurthermore, he said poor masses have been left in the lurch and mercy of cruel society. The ATP chairman accused the coalition government of turning parliament into a rubber stamp.
\nShah said the law and constitution of the country were crushed down under feet.
\nHe said rulers and politicians have openly defied the judgments of the superior courts.
\nLaw, justice are confined to only the elite class, he added.
\nShah poor people despite facing difficulties in courts and police stations justice unavailable to them.
\nThe party chief observed the poor masses have become highly perturbed over the spiraling price-hike in the country.
