{"id":324241,"date":"2023-04-07T01:01:08","date_gmt":"2023-04-06T20:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=324241"},"modified":"2023-04-07T01:01:08","modified_gmt":"2023-04-06T20:01:08","slug":"pda-asked-to-cooperate-with-nab-fia-in-brt-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/pda-asked-to-cooperate-with-nab-fia-in-brt-cases\/","title":{"rendered":"PDA asked to cooperate with NAB, FIA in BRT cases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> PESHAWAR<br \/>\nKP Caretaker Minister for Local Governments &#038; Rural Development (LG&#038;RD), Sawal Nazir advocate has directed Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) to extend complete cooperation to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in cases related to Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and removal of all hurdles in this regard with immediate effect to accelerate them.<br \/>\nHe issued these directives while presiding over a meeting regarding PDA here on Thursday. Besides, Secretary LG&#038;RD, Aamir Aafaq Engineer Ijaz Afzal, Director Administration Abdul Wahab and other officials of the authority were also present on the occasion.<br \/>\nThe caretaker minister was told in detail regarding the affairs and performance of the authority and was told that currently construction work on various mega developments projects in Peshawar is in full swing and some of them are near completion and some already completed.<br \/>\nFurthermore, he was told that PDA is also taking steps for the welfare and social development and law and order activities.<br \/>\nThe provincial minister directed PDA for abolition of the practice of deputation and repatriation of such employees to their concerned departments. He further directed the identification of ghost employees and withdrawal of additional charge from employees working on additional posts.<br \/>\nBesides regulation of the employees and provision of
