Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal ordered Imran to appear before him on Tuesday at 8:30 am on a plea filed by Election Commission of Pakistan in connection with an FIR registered against the PTI chairman at Kohsar police station over Toshakhana case. The judge issued notice to Imran Khan wherein PTI chief had been warned of legal action in case he did not appear before the judge.<br \/>\n The court also asked police to furnish all record of the case by Tuesday.<br \/>\nThe court said that if the staff failed to convey the summons to PTI chief Imran Khan, it would also appear before the court. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan\u2019s wife Bushra Bibi on Saturday moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the call-up notices issued by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a reference regarding Toshakhana gifts.<br \/>\nThe former first lady has challenged the notices served on her on March 16 and 17 through her lawyer, Khawaja Harris.
