\nChairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah while expressing grave concern over deepening judicial, constitutional and political crisis in the emphasized dialogue is the only way to overcome the situation.
\nTalking to a group of reporters here on Sunday, Shah said after the three members, the controversy has been raised on a six member bench as Pakistan\u2019s currently entangled in a judicial crisis.
\nHe added the latest round in a legal battle between top judges of Apex Court has intensified the situation.
\nFaiq called for joint initiatives to overcome the constitutional, political and economic crisis.
\nOn the other hand, he said President Alvi\u2019s stubborn attitude after returning of SC\u2019s Practice and Procedure Bill 2023 without sign has furthered the crisis as he passed dissenting notes stating that parliament has no jurisdiction to limit the authorities of Chief Justice of Pakistan.
\nHe said people and the legal fraternity have shown their deep concern over the deepening judicial crisis.
\nHe added that division between top jurists of the Supreme Court is an alarming one.
\nThe ATP chairman berated the government and opposition for creating a judicial and constitutional crisis.
\nShah said the corrupt elites were ruling the country and they wreaked havoc to the country while saying a huge economic crisis was currently underway.
\nHe said the people had to face the burden of the worsening economic condition while saying institutions, instead of resolving their issues, were involved in blame game against each other.
\nThe ATP chairman observed that the poor were finding it hard to survive as the crisis showed no sign of improving while mentioning inflation was compounded by corruption.
\nHe said the delay in a fresh tranche of financial bailout package by the IMF has worsened the economic conditions.
\nFaiq said the government and its cabinet members are consistently making statements that Good days are ahead.
\nNo visible plan has been chalked out to rescue the sinking economy of the country, he added.
