{"id":32669,"date":"2018-10-22T20:15:43","date_gmt":"2018-10-22T10:15:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=32669"},"modified":"2018-10-22T20:15:43","modified_gmt":"2018-10-22T10:15:43","slug":"pm-did-not-order-inquiry-against-any-minister-fawad-chaudhry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/pm-did-not-order-inquiry-against-any-minister-fawad-chaudhry\/","title":{"rendered":"PM did not order inquiry against any minister: Fawad Chaudhry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ISLAMABAD : Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Monday refuted a news report claiming Prime Minister Imran Khan has ordered inquiry into corruption allegations against three ministers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no probe against any minister, neither PM commented on any such probe,\u201d the information minister clarified on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>PM did emphasise that he will not tolerate any corruption, it\u2019s absolutely unethical for a newspaper to make such a headline without bothering for a version from the government, he added.<\/p>\n<p> A newspaper report published today claimed that PM Imran had directed an inquiry against three federal cabinet members over corruption allegations.<\/p>\n<p>The report had further stated that the three ministers will be removed from their posts if they were proven guilty.<\/p>\n<p>Quoting sources, the report said that the premier had revealed that three ministers were involved in corruption after a federal cabinet meeting on October 18.
