{"id":328987,"date":"2023-05-03T08:56:53","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T03:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=328987"},"modified":"2023-05-03T08:56:53","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T03:56:53","slug":"councilors-smell-irregularities-in-hiring-of-class-iv-vacancies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/councilors-smell-irregularities-in-hiring-of-class-iv-vacancies\/","title":{"rendered":"Councilors smell irregularities in hiring of class IV vacancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> KHYBER<br \/>\nChairmen of village and neighborhood councils have disapproved hiring process of class IV (naib qased) and said immense misdeed has been found in the postings.<br \/>\nScores of village council(VC) and neighborhood councils(NCs) including chairmen Haji Khan( NC-1),Haji Sher(VC-17),Nazek Shah(NC-4)and Yad Wazir(NV-2) blamed that in 36 VCs and NCs of Landi Kotal almost 36 class IV employees had been posted on recommendation of parliamentarians and administrative officials  with support of the local government officials and chairmen of the concerned councils were kept ignorant of it.<br \/>\nNo proper and lawful procedure was followed during filling the vacancies and the posts had been sold at a price of five lakh to seven lakh rupees per post, they remarked.<br \/>\n\u201cIn NC-1 of Khuga Khel village, resident of Piro Khel village has been posted as class IV that is equal to negate the right of youth of the former village,\u201d Haji Khan added.<br \/>\nThey threatened that they would not allow the allegedly illegal employees to perform their duties in the respective VCs and NCs.<br \/>\nThe councilors warned that if the postings were not revised then they would move towards the Court against it.<br \/>\nIt is to be stated here that neither monthly salaries and offices have not been allotted to the chairmen of 36 VCs and NCs so far; however , class IV of the councils have started regularly collecting monthly pay from the national exchequer.<br \/>\nAssistant Director local government was repeatedly contacted on his cell phone to take his version on the matter but he did not attend it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KHYBER Chairmen of village and neighborhood councils have disapproved hiring process of class IV (naib qased) and said immense misdeed has been found in the postings.
