Proceedings of the joint session of the Parliament related to the Act should be presented,\u201d the written order read. \u201cThe record of the discussion held in the Standing Committee regarding the making of the Act should also be submitted. The Supreme Court\u2019s stay order on the Practice and Procedure Act will remain in force,\u201d it added. Notices were issued to the respondents on three more petitions too filed against the Supreme Court Act. \u201cThe respondents will submit a written reply regarding the Supreme Court\u2019s Practice and Procedure Act,\u201d the order read. Further hearing of the case will be held on May 8.
