Khawaja Haris told the court in his arguments on the admissibility of the Toshahkhana case that the Election Commission has directed its office to take criminal action against Imran Khan.<br \/>\nOn this occasion, lawyer Election Commission Amjad Parvez referred to the case related to election laws in 1996 that the election laws were also discussed in this case.<br \/>\nFiling a complaint for criminal action under Election Act 190 is not illegal.
