The case was politically motivated, the team said, adding correspondence with Interpol for red warrants against Farah Gogi is a violation of the Article 3 of the Constitution. Gogi\u2019s legal team further said making the request public tantamount to defamation.<br \/>\nIt may be mentioned here that the FIA had approached the Interpol with a request to issue red warrants for Farhat Shehzadi alias Farah Gogi in a money-laundering case. The agency filed an application with Interpol, seeking issuance of red warrants.
