Those who had attacked public property including Corps Commander House in Lahore should be punished according to the law,\u201d Mohsen Naqvi ordered.<br \/>\n\u201cThe worst kind of terrorism was shown by vandalising the public property. Every attacker will be identified and punished according to the law,\u201d he added. \u201cThe Prosecution Department should speed up the process of prosecution against the elements involved in these terrorist incidents,\u201d he stated and also instructed to complete the identification of miscreants and attackers as soon as possible.<br \/>\n\u201cNo leniency should be shown in action against the rioters and their facilitators,\u201d he ordered. In the meeting, the law and order situation in the province was reviewed in detail. \u201cThere will be no compromise on the rule of law in the province,\u201d he vowed.<br \/>\nThe Punjab inspector general of police (IGP) briefed the meeting about the law and order situation and the ongoing operation against the miscreants. The provincial ministers and higher officials concerned attended the meeting.<br \/>\nPunjab caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi Friday ordered to release the woman, along with her two daughters, whose husband died after her arrest from Liberty Chowk, Lahore during a protest by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).<br \/>\nThe caretaker chief minister directed the additional chief secretary (interior) to release the woman and her daughters after completing the legal process.
