Judgments should be announced on basis of justice, not political basis
\nISLAMABAD
\nDefence Minister Khawaja Asif has said in National Assembly (NA) time has come that parliament should review the misconduct of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP).
\nReference be filed against specific judges under article 209 of the constitution.
\nWar is only one, Qazi Esa be prevented from becoming CJP. An accused is being said wish you good luck. The chair is being used by some one for son in law, some one for maternal uncle and some one for mother in law.
\nHe said judiciary is a group. They are politicking rather than giving decisions. 4\/3 decision has come and it has been violated. One man is imposing his decisions. He is fanning a fitna by giving relief to Imran Khan.
\nIn his remarks, Leader of Opposition Raja Riaz strongly condemned the recent violent acts in the country. He said those who attacked the Corps Commander house in Lahore and the monuments of martyrs are enemies of the state.
\nHe said the trained elements of the PTI were behind these despicable acts. He emphasized the need for expressing complete solidarity with the armed forces of Pakistan.
\nSalahuddin of MQM said the recent violent acts are intolerable. He said the judiciary is giving concessions to PTI Chairman Imran Khan at whose behest public and private properties were ransacked.
\nMaulana Salahuddin Ayubi said nobody is above the law but regretted that a person who is behind the recent acts of violence and involved in corrupt practices is being provided relief by the judiciary. He said the PTI chairman wants civil war in the country.
