A two-judge bench headed by Justice Ali Baqar Najafi heard the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader\u2019s plea in which he had stated that he feared that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) will arrest him. Accepting Hamza\u2019s plea, the court granted him protective bail till November 13 and ordered that the PML-N leader not be arrested till the next hearing. The bench also issued a notice to the accountability watchdog and summoned a reply on Hamza\u2019s plea. Earlier this year, NAB had summoned Hamza in connection to the Punjab Saaf Pani Company case.
