Punjab government issued orders under 3-MPO.<br \/>\nThe court has to make review of legal status of provincial government orders. The federal police is bound to give access to accused in such cases under criminal procedure and police rules, he said this while talking to media men in Islamabad High Court here Friday.<br \/>\nGovernment tried too much for talks. PTI was brought to negotiating table after too much efforts. The dialogue was suspended by PTI.
