\nCity Traffic Police Peshawar launched an e-service mobile App \u201cRabata, designed to provide online license application service to citizens across the province.
\nAccording to an official statement issued here on Friday, the applicants can apply online for a driving license through traffic official mobile app \u201cRabata\u201d to save their time.
\nChief Traffic Officer (CTO) has said that the system would be available for all online users across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
\nThe online license system has been launched on the directions of Inspector General Police (IGP) KP, said traffic police chief.
\nApplicants can apply online appointment for driving license through official website www.ptpkp.gov.pk
\nTraffic Police has prepared a scheme for the convenience of Overseas Pakistanis to renew their driving license through the newly designed App.
\nIt is very important to educate every section of the society about traffic rules, in this regard, elementary and secondary education has been formally requested to include the subject of awareness about traffic rules in the curriculum, Qamar Hayat Khan added.
\nAn agreement has been reached with the GPO to provide the license to the applicant at his doorstep for just Rs30.
