State counsel presented record of Ijaz Chaudhry tweets in the court. Record of any tweets which create law and order situation was not presented in the court. <\/p>\n<p>According to police report PTI leadership delivered speeches against armed forces which led to create political instability in the country. <\/p>\n<p>As per police report military installations were damaged after Imran Khan detention. Ijaz Ahmad was involved in provocation.<br \/>\nNo such material has been provided which reveals that Senator Ijaz Chaudhry has given statement against armed forces. The provision of evidences is must for making arrest under 3 MPO. <\/p>\n<p>Senator Ijaz Chuadhry should file affidavit in the court.
