Both the accused were found missing, while Anti-corruption arrested the former Minister of State Ali Muhammad Khan, who was arrested in front of the ATC court a day ago in the fisheries department recruitment case, was presented in the local court from where the court remanded the accused to judicial custody for fourteen days.<br \/>\nHe was sent to the Central Jail. It is clear that complaints were filed in March 2023 in Anti-Corruption Mardan against the illegal recruitments in Fisheries Department Mardan in March 2023, in which after the investigation, on May 10, 2023, the accused were formally named, including former Minister Atif Khan, former members of the province.<br \/>\nCases were registered under PPC 409\/5(2) pc act against Assemblymen Amir Farzand Khan, Abdul Salam Afridi, Aftar Shahwani, Zahir Shah Toro, former Minister of State Ali Mohammad Khan, former Member of National Assembly Mujahid Khan, Assistant Director of Fisheries Department and other officers.
