Mohsin Naqvi took the decision during his surprise visit to the CM Complaints Cell and Special Monitoring Unit in Lahore on Monday. During the visit, the chief minister inspected different departments of the cell and also reviewed performance of the cell and unit. Absence of staff from duty angered Mohsin Naqvi who ordered removal of the cell\u2019s head. The chief minister also noticed that while the officers and staff were absent the air-conditioners were on, saying \u201cThis is a total wastage of the national resources.\u201d Mohsin Naqvi himself listened to the problems of the public on phone and assured them of their redressal at the earliest.
