Reacting to PTI chairman\u2019s statement which he gave to the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), Fayyazul Hassan Chohan said that when the time came to give proofs to substantiate his claims that former army chief General (r) Qamar Javed Bajwa was behind attempt on his life, he had none. \u201cHe told the JIT that he had heard from people that some senior officials of Pakistan Army and intelligence agencies were after him,\u201d Chohan said, and added, \u201cThus he tried to poison the minds of entire nation against the country\u2019s army just on the basis of hearsay.\u201d   He was of the view that these were the statements that finally culminated in violent incidents on May 9. IPP spokesman went on to say that in Islam accusing somebody of murder and that, too, without giving evidence is a major sin. \u201cImran should seek apologize to people for levelling accusations against the army\u2019s top brass without giving proofs,\u201d Chohan concluded.
