He added that blue eyed people were appointed in the examination duties. He accused that with the convenience of board staff it has become routine that the compulsory papers are coming out one day before the time.<br \/>\nHe said that due to collusion in financial matters including irregularities of crores of rupees in the Mardan board, the board has faced a financial crisis and the chairman has been pushing the poor students to increase the fees immensely. He alleged that on the instructions of the chairman board, an unrelated young student named Kashif inspected the examination centers of girls as an inspector.<br \/>\nHe added that however the young boy was traced at the female examination hall at tehsil Takhatbhai on 9th June.
