\nAmun Taraqqi Party (ATP) chairman Muhammad Faiq Shah said his party will fully participate in upcoming general elections throughout the country.
\nShah while chairing a meeting of the party\u2019s central executive committee here on Monday said the party will give an agenda of progress and prosperity through its symbol of tyre.
\nHe continued to say that they have brought a comprehensive roadmap for public rights, elimination of political \u2018tug of war\u2019, politics based on personality, provision of justice and authorities.
\nHe urged the people, having political acumen and knowledge, should come forward and unite under the ATP platform.
\nFaiq said they aren\u2019t struggling for a quest for power but only for the provision of authorities to people.
\nHe said the party manifesto and message will be conveyed through an electioneering campaign across the country.
\nThe ATP chairman said election and verdict of people should be the public and asked to remove rigging, pressure and use of wealth from the electoral process so that every sensible and well-aware people will take full participation in the election that will also ensure electing true public representatives.
\nOn the occasion, Shah said timely election is essential to bring economic and political stability in the country.
\nTaking jibe at the coalition partners, the ATP chief said that 13 parties had become politically bankrupt, and the nation had become economically bankrupt.
\nThe ATP CEC on the occasion strongly denounced the desecration of Holy Quran in Sweden.
\nThe participants demanded the government to call back its ambassador from Sweden and sever diplomatic and economic ties following the desecration of Holy Quran.
\nThe forum believed that desecration of the Holy Quran was equivalent to hurting Muslims\u2019 feelings.
\nThe speakers said: \u201cThe sacrilege in Sweden has hurt Muslims\u2019 feelings all across the world. This heinous act appears to be an attempt to undermine efforts to uphold international peace\u201d.
