The NEPRA gave its decision on the petitions filed by the power distribution companies. Consumers will now have to pay additional amounts in their monthly bills for July, August and September, 2023. Hitherto, consumers were paying 47 paisa per unit under the quarterly adjustment, which was effective until June 2023.<br \/>\nThe hike in power tariff will apply to all consumers, except lifeline consumers.
