{"id":342668,"date":"2023-07-13T10:40:55","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T05:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=342668"},"modified":"2023-07-13T10:40:55","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T05:40:55","slug":"islamabad-court-adjourns-toshakhana-case-hearing-till-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/islamabad-court-adjourns-toshakhana-case-hearing-till-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"Islamabad court adjourns Toshakhana case hearing till tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nA district and sessions court in Islamabad Wednesday adjourned the hearing of the Toshakhana case till tomorrow despite a demand from the lawyers for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to adjourn the hearing till Saturday next.<br \/>\nThe PTI\u2019s legal team submitted to the court a copy of the petition filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC). \u201cToday, the hearing on the petition filed in the IHC has been cancelled.<br \/>\nWe request that Saturday be fixed for the hearing of the case because the whole day tomorrow will be spent in the IHC,\u201d Barrister Gohar pleaded with the court.<br \/>\n\u201cWe are adjourning the case till tomorrow and will conduct the hearing on a daily basis,\u201d the court said and adjourned the hearing of the case till July 13 (tomorrow). An exchange of bitter words took place between lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat and the court.<br \/>\n\u201cWe are not listening to you today.
