Petition has been filed in LHC against detention of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi. The petitioner has taken plea Parvez Elahi is being subjected to political victimization. Bail plea of Parvez Elahi has been approved in all cases. It was further said in the petition bail has been granted to Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in terrorism cases. The detention order of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi be suspended.<br \/>\nIt may be mentioned that Police had recommended to detain former CM Punjab under 3-MPO. Police had written letter to deputy commissioner Lahore to issue detention order.<br \/>\nAccording to police during investigation it surfaced that Parvez Elahi can cause harm to law and order.<br \/>\nAccording to sources Deputy commissioner has not made any decision with reference to detention of Parvez Elahi.
