\nThe court has declared Shahbaz Gill proclaimed offender for his persistent absence. The proceedings for confiscation of property of Shahzad Gill has been started. <\/p>\n
FIA and NADRA have filed reports about properties of Shahbaz Gill in the court. <\/p>\n
The court rejected two petitions of Shahbaz Gill during the hearing of the case. <\/p>\n
Shahbaz Gill through petitions had requested the court to stop proceedings of case besides allowing him to mark his attendance through video link. Shahbaz Gill had filed requested the court to allow him to mark attendance through video link due to his illness.<\/p>\n
The court rejected both of the petitions. <\/p>\n
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of the court remarked the proceedings regarding declaration of proclaimed offender is cancelled only when the accused appears in the court in person. Shahbaz Gill had gone outside the country telling this he is leaving country for four weeks. Shahbaz Gill has started playing tactics. <\/p>\n
The defence counsel told the court during the hearing Shahbaz Gill has gone outside the country due to illness. He has not fled. <\/p>\n
